If you just submit hundreds and numerous articles each one has “training your dog” as the anchored text pointed for your site, then that looks spamming as it is just not real. It doesn’t happen with natural link-building with everyone links to you with similar text. So you might want to mix it just a little. You might want to get “training your dog” maybe “dog obedience” or something and also just those completely unrelated ones. Maybe “just click here” as your anchored text. Just making it look natural.
